How to be a good Daughter

How to be a good Daughter

Introduction
This introduction is about you being a good daughter to your parents to show them you love them. For example by doing this you should listen to them so they don’t have to call you 3 or 5 times because if they did you would be in trouble. If you have a great attitude to your parents they will have a great attitude back to you so please if I were you I would   listen so in the end you’d get to play with your friends or do whatever you want.

Element 1
It is very important to always show kindness towards your parents. Although this can be difficult at times, it is important to show kindness to your parents because it shows that you respect them. For example, when you really want to go somewhere with your friends and your parents tell you that you have to stay home and look after your little siblings, it is important to remember that your parents have your best interests in mind.

Element 2
Another way to be a good daughter is to talk nicely to your parents. By telling them how much you appreciate them, and answering back in a positive manner you are showing your parents how much they mean to you.  When your parents ask you to do something it is important that you listen and respond in a timely and respectful manner. For example, when mum asks you to put away the laundry, you should immediately respond by saying, “yes mum” as you stand up and put the laundry away without a scowl on your face.

Element 3
Another way to show that you are a good daughter is by your actions.  By being helpful around the house you are showing your parents that you respect them. For example, when you keep your bed made and your room clean you are showing that you respect your living space. This also comes into play when you complete your chores without being asked. So, when you wake up in the morning or get home from school, immediately vacuum the house, put away the dishes and take out the rubbish.

Element 4
When it comes to you and your parents make sure to do what you’re  told and do the things without being told all the time. Like when you have a shower everyday and don’t go until you are told, then you are not listening very well. For example if they see you playing a game and they tell you to go wash the dishes, and you don’t go after the 10th call then you won’t get to play again until you respond to your parents.

Conclusion
Anyone has the ability to be a good daughter. By showing kindness, listening to your parents, and being helpful you are showing your parents that you love and respect them. What else can you do in your life to be a good daughter?

About Me

Kia ora! My name is Alison and I’m a Year 8 attending Point England School. My goal is to get blogging to show what I have been doing. My favourite sports are soccer, volleyball, basketball and rippa rugby. My favourite foods are pizza, chips, Big Macs and kebabs. At school, I am learning the ways of this school and I have fun learning too. I try to keep up with the students that attend Pt England because where I come from we don't have Chromebooks.
